Apostille for use in India - Vancouver Notary Explains

Apostille of documents is now required if you are sending documents to India. All official Canadian documents, and all documents notarized by a Notary Public in Canada must be Apostilled. If you need to send certain documents to India, such as a Power of Attorney, affidavits, commercial documents, birth/marriage/death certificates, will/probate/renunciation documents, adopton documents, or other civil and academic documents... they must all be properly Apostilled.

This entire process is referred to as Apostille. Please see the sample Apostille below. The entire process centers on signature and document verification. Because each country, and each different type of document, has specific requirements, the process can get very complicated.

Brosgall Legal | Apostille Services specializes in this process, and we would be pleased to assist. While getting an Apostille done in Canada can be very complex, we've simplified the process for our clients. All you need to do is bring us your original documentation, or sign your documents in front of us, and we'll provide you with the Apostilled documents that will be legal and valid in India. We send regular updates, and at the end, we provide you with the Apostilled documents. For further information or to discuss getting your documents Apostilled with Brosgall Legal, please send us an email or call us at 604-685-2326.
