Statutory Declarations
A statutory declaration is a written document of facts that the declarant (you) says is true. Your college or association will provide you with the proper forms.
Certified Copies
A certified copy is a photocopy of a document that a lawyer or notary compares to the original, and then certifies to be a true copy of that original by applying their signature and seal on the copy.
Professional Registrations and Applications
Brosgall Legal regularly helps people with their statutory declarations and certified copies when they are registering or applying for new careers, or new professional designations. While it is exciting to be starting a new career, you should always be careful to complete your documentation correctly. Failing to do so can result in delays, rejections and returned applications. We make certain your statutory declarations and certified copies are done properly the first time.
