- Ubilt Trailer

A trailer that was built using component parts. ICBC may require a Statutory Declaration for ubilt trailers called MV1484.
- Undue Influence

An improper amount of pressure which influences someone to do something he or she would not do if left to their own devices. As an example, if it can be proved that someone persuaded a maker of a will to leave them money that they would not have received except for the undue influence, then the will might be set aside and nullified. Another example is if someone was pressured to sign a contract.
- Unregistered Vehicle

A vehicle or motorcycle that does not have supporting ownership documentation. ICBC requires an Unregistered Vehicle Declaration called the MV1484.
