Apostilles for Korea by a Vancouver Lawyer

If you are studying, teaching, working, investing, or doing business in South Korea, you may be asked to send Canadian documentation to Korea. To do this, they must be Apostilled. Every country, and each different type of document, has specific requirements, so the Apostille process can get very complicated. A scan of a sample Apostille certificate can be found below.

Brosgall Legal | Apostille Services specializes in this area of law, so we can assist. If you would like us to act as your Representative in British Columbia, all you need to do is provide us with your original documentation, and we take it from there. For clients needing their degrees processed, you will need to courier the following documents to our office in Vancouver:

  1. Original BC university degree
  2. Sealed transcripts
  3. Regular photocopy of your passport (the two pages with photo and personal information only)

Our service is especially helpful for our clients located in Korea or other foreign countries. We do everything on your behalf, and courier the Apostilled BC university degree (along with the original) back to you as soon as everything is ready. The Vancouver process takes about two weeks. So, just add international courier delivery (usually 2 or 3 days each way), and you know how long it will take. For further information or to discuss getting your documents Apostilled by Brosgall Legal, please send us an email or call us at 604-685-2326.

How does Brosgall Legal Apositlle Service work?

  1. We accept delivery of your documentation, as described above.
  2. We prepare and affix our notarial certificate to your documentation. As required, this certificate will be properly signed and dated, and apply our contact info stamp, and gold notarial seal.
  3. Brosgall Legal then handles all the South Korean Apostille process by dealing with the BC Ministry of Attorney General. We keep track of all their current requirements, fees, and timing.
  4. We courier the Apostilled documentation (plus the original degree) to you in Korea.
