CANADIAN AUTHENTICATION + LEGALIZATION = USA APOSTILLE

The Apostille process for the USA can be quite complicated. Any locally produced document must first be notarized by a Vancouver notary public or lawyer. The notarized document must then be Apostilled by the appropriate British Columbia or Canadian governmental authority. Brosgall Legal would be pleased to assist with all your Apostille requirements.

PROCEDURE FOR NOTARIZING AND APOSTILLING DOCUMENTS IN VANCOUVER

Step 1 (Notarization):  You bring your document to Brosgall Legal to be notarized. We make a notarized copy of your original documents (certified copy), or notarize your signature after seeing your ID. This step confirms that your document and/or your signature is genuine.

Step 2 (Apostille):  Brosgall Legal will properly Apostille your notarized documents at the proper British Columbia agency, the Ministry of Attorney General. This step confirms the validity of Mr. Brosgall's signature, seal, and professional standing as a B.C. lawyer and notary public. Because we process Apostilles so frequently, we enjoy an excellent working relationship with the BC and Canadian authorities.

The documentation is then returned to our office, ready for use in the United States. We notify you immediately, so that you can pick up your document from our downtown Vancouver notary office without delay. Alternatively, we can deliver the finished product to you, or even directly to a third party recipient in the United States via international courier.
